Delivery Policy

All orders are processed and despatched within 1 to 3 working days from receiving the order. Therefore, your Nurish will usually be with you in just a few days.

Price includes postage and packing based on using Royal Mail 2nd Class postage to UK addresses.

Overseas addresses are subject to additional charges and sent by Royal Mail International.

Here at Nurish Food we want to make the delivery process as convenient as possible. We will deliver to any address you choose – be it home, work, or to a friend. And if, for any reason, you want to send your Nurish back, you can return for a full refund. For more information see our Returns policy.

On the rare occasions when product/goods are lost in transit, please allow 15 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our customer care team on 0800 622 6139 or email us at info@nurishfood.com and we will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.

Please be aware if we are not contacted within 30 days from the date of dispatch, a claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Nurish Food Ltd.
