After a lot of innovation and development, we found a way to make a granola that met all the green traffic lights and still tasted great. We achieved this by working on the flavours, with a huge amount of trial and error in the pre-production stage, continually making improvements to the product until we hit our green traffic light targets whilst maintaining the delicious taste.

The Food Standards Agency has developed a traffic light label that gives you independent expert scientific dietary advice to help you make healthier choices quickly and easily. Look for products with green, amber or red coloured labels on the front of the pack. These show you at a glance if the food you are thinking about buying has low, medium or high amounts of fat, saturated fat, sugars and salt, helping you get a better balance and eat more healthily. Nurish Granola has all green traffic lights and is low in fat, saturated fat, sugar and salt.

Nurish granola contains less than 5% sugar. 1.6G per 45g bowl. This is total sugars; there are no hidden sugars in Nurish granola
